At Cookery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen essentials; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Cookery account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
